Basic agreements:

• Commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY! Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but not for profit. For commercials, please ask me for additional fees for commercial rights.
• Please DO NOT feed my art to A.I. and DO NOT steal my art I am allowed to post on my social media. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. Stealing my art will have severe consequences.
• I have every right to decline a commission if my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
• Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me four (4) months max to complete the commission, in case something arises. I value quality and detail, so I put many hours into my drawings; please be patient.
• I have a master list on my main page so you can see the progress I make (after your approval). If there’s no update, feel free to private message me for progress. Please remember that I’ll always provide progress via private message! Note: If you don’t want to be listed on the master list, please let me know!
• Reposting and sharing are OK. Please give credit by mentioning NoEresHumana (Twitter, Instagram, & BlueSky) or a simple: Lucersh Nache.
• Please prepare your materials for references. If you want a full background, please also send the reference. I appreciate your cooperation in helping me work more efficiently by providing the necessary materials.
• If you're confused about the background or character pose, please describe to me how you envision them, and we will brainstorm together. But there will be an extra fee for it. Simple colour or decoration is FREE!
• Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
• OMAKASE artworks cannot be revised.

Upgrades:

• Optional Fees: Rush Job: +50% of total price (Skip the line, or hit the deadline) Use for Commercials: Can be discussed via private message. Exclusivity/NDA:  +100% of total price. (Pay for ownership and/or silence) NSFW: + 10% of the original price and types.

Payments:

• Payment is via PayPal (International) and Bank or E-Money (Locals). I will provide the invoice after both parties agree.
